Users under 18 years of age may only use the Services under the express guidance and direction of their parent or guardian who has accepted these terms on their behalf. Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to use the Services for any purpose and Myonexus does not collect information from children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information. What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
If you register to use the Services, contact us on our website form or join a mailing list you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience. You may also voluntarily give us information that could be considered sensitive such as gender, health information and other information you provide. You may only share information with us that you have the full right and authority to share in accordance with this policy. Please only share sensitive information are you are comfortable sharing with Myonexus.
When do we collect information?
We collect personal information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, contact us fill out a form or enter information on our site. The personal information you provide when using the Services is entirely voluntary. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving emails, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of each email and you will be removed from our mailing list.

Myonexus’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Myonexus’s visitors use the Services. Myonexus acknowledges the individual’s right to access their personal data for the purpose of updating, editing or deleting it. We reserve the right to take appropriate steps to authenticate an applicant’s identity, to charge an adequate fee before providing access and to deny requests, except as required by applicable law.
Your account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing so may result in your not being able to access or receive certain services.
Destruction of Your Personal Data
Myonexus will store your personal information only so long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for its collection. Once the storage of your personal information is no longer necessary, Myonexus will securely destroy your data to protect it from unauthorized use or disclosure.
